Why London is calling ?
Voici la jaquette du troisième album des Clash, et sans doute le plus connu, sorti en 1979:
Le titre “London Calling” vient d’une expression de la Seconde Guerre mondiale lorsque sur BBC, une voix lançait à l’intention des territoires occupés : « This is London calling ».
